Dr. Naisbitt graduated from the University of Utah in 2020 and earned his dental degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2024. As a member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the North Carolina Dental Society, he is committed to staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in dentistry.
Family and Hobbies:
When Dr. Naisbitt isn’t at the office, he loves spending time with his wife, Jessica, and daughter, Arlo. He is passionate about family time, whether playing board games, hiking around Shelby, or enjoying breakfast at Shelby Cafe. On weekends, you’ll often find him at home working on his landscaping or experimenting with BBQ recipes on his beloved Traeger pellet grill.
Dr. Naisbitt’s dream is to own a BBQ food truck someday, and his love for cooking doesn’t stop at savory foods. While he’s more comfortable grilling meats, he also enjoys whipping desserts in the kitchen.

As a proud graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University’s DDS program (Class of 2024), Dr. Allen brings the latest knowledge and techniques to his practice, ensuring our patients receive the best dental care possible.
Education and Professional Achievements:
Dr. Allen earned his Bachelor of Science in Zoology with a Chemistry minor from Weber State University in 2019, where he received multiple honors and awards, including the Department of Zoology Service Award. His commitment to service and excellence continued into his dental studies at VCU, where he graduated in 2024.
Family and Hobbies:
When he’s not at the office, Dr. Allen enjoys spending time with his wife, Morgan, and their dog, Honey. They love hiking, exploring new trails, and binge-watching TV shows together. Friday nights are reserved for date nights, when they explore local restaurants like El Acapulco and Mi Pueblito, while Sundays are dedicated to worship and family time.
Outdoor Enthusiast:
Dr. Allen is passionate about outdoor activities, from golf and hiking to playing pickleball. He even enjoys the occasional jam session on his ukulele! Growing up in Utah, he developed a love for adventure, whether teaching Boy Scouts how to ride horses or mountain biking with his brother in the mountains near Park City.

Surprising Talent: Dr. Allen spent summers teaching horseback riding and plans to earn his private pilot’s license.
– Favorite Book/Movies: A huge fan of The Lord of the Rings trilogy, Dr. Allen has been known to binge-watch all three films back-to-back.
– Music Taste: His playlist features a diverse range of music, but two of his favorite artists are Blink-182 and Jon Bellion.
– Travel Adventures: One of his most memorable trips was to England, where he and his wife explored the beautiful countryside and saw Taylor Swift perform.
